What's the complete model number of that HP ENVY 750 series desktop?
(A dash and additional characters after 750 comprises the complete model number)

What's the exact part/product number(P/N) on it?

--------------------------------------------------------------

What's the description of the monitor that's connected to that desktop?

Is it connected to the blue 15-pin port or to a different port?

--------------------------------------------------------------

What Windows version(XP, Vista, 7, 8.1, 10) and bit number(32, 64) is running in that desktop?

HP ENVY 750-114 Desktop PC

You should add and save this site in your browser's favorites/bookmarks list so you can quickly refer to it when needed.

Its motherboard appears not to have a standard blue 15-pin graphic port, but instead has 2 HDMI graphic ports.

(Click the image to enlarge and view it)

It appears to come with an Intel Core i5-6400 3.30 GHz processor and appears to have an integrated Intel HD Graphics 530 graphic device.

Are you using its integrated graphic device or have you installed a dedicated graphic card?

----------------------------------------------------------------

I've never connected a TV to a desktop nor used a HDMI connection, so my input here is limited.

The "Troubleshooting" and "How to" sections at that desktop's support site may be helpful to you.
