Scroll wheel putting pointer at top & bottom of screen.

When I roll the wheel up (yesterday it would scroll up 3 lines in a web page) the mouse goes to the top of the screen (same for scroll down)

I jus went in to Mozilla's and the control panels settings and they say it should be scrolling...
What should I do??

GAH now i have to use the bar to scroll

If your using Windows, go to control panel and mouse, and there should be a setting for wheel. Make sure it's not set as one screen at a time.
