SDHC Card to Portable HD

I am looking for something that would allow me to take my SDHC card and transfer my pictures to my portable hard drive without the use of my laptop/computer. I'm not sure that there is such a device that would be capable, but I've been looking at Wireless Portable Streaming Devices but am unsure if its capable. Thank you for your time!

 

What connectors does the portable hard drive have on it?
(brand and model would allow us to see the exact external drive you have)

You might want to consider buying a portable hd with card reader in it.

This is what I have - Toshiba Canvio 500 GB USB 3.0 Basics Portable Hard Drive - HDTB205XK3AA

 

Don't see how you'd connect it. Even if you could by putting in the USB connector and putting the sd card into a USB holder, you'd have no way to view files on both devices.
