I upgraded a DFI CA64-TC motherboard with 128M of RAM, when it gets to the Windows XP page it shuts down. I am able to boot the computer in safe mode. Any ideas??

Certainly sounds like a Windows problem, but it could just be that it is encountering a problem in the RAM when fully loading Windows, that is not reached in safe mode.

As the critical event here seems to be the addition of the RAM, download and run Memtest86 (I think it will run from a boot floppy, but you could run in safe mode?)
