    Hello

Recently I purchased a refurbished PC and I removed my hard drive , a Seagate barracuda hard drive, is this any use for anything else ?

    Thank you

Is it a SATA or IDE hard drive?

Not really useful unless you have a very old system. IDE type drives are slower and have a smaller capacity than the more modern sata interface.
I must have at least 30~40 of those old drives sitting in the parts closet [size varying from 400MB up to 120gig]
