Does anyone know where I can find or have the driver for this IDE tape drive ? I found a driver on driverguide but I can't get it to work with Win 98.

    Hi,

    Is the drive Travan,

I have the drivers and DOS test file up on my ISP web space for a similar drive STT 20000A

    http://freespace.virgin.net/ceri.sheeran/

These drivers were specifically for ths STT drive, but might work.

Windows XP found the STT drive and used it with the native XP drivers, defining the destination as TRAVAN.

    hth

    Thank you ceri.
I am not sure what happened on the test machine WinXp...the native drivers would not work on it. However when I went and installed it on the Win2kServ the native drivers picked it right up with no fuss. All is well
    Thanks for the reply
