    I read as many entries here as I could find and followed the directions. following are the actions I took;
ran adaware 6 latest version, ran CWS latest version,
ran HJT and deleted all files on your delete list,
followed the HKEY_current_user\software\microsoft\searchassistant\ACMru\5603 and deleted winshow.dll and sys.reg (actually I found this one in HKEY classe I think) but I did find both and deleted them after after i checked show hidden files and unchecked hide protected OS files.
Also from other help threads, I unchecked ieDLL from the MSCONFIG start up.

I did all these things and rebooted and searchv was back. I re did everything that was reinstalled and here is the HJT log.

Hi, I did it before I received your request, TIA, sorry.

Also, I tried to reconstruct the REGEDIT start up and received after booting "error loading C:\windows\NEWDOT~2.DLL, the specified module could not be found". I had to check the normal start up in the general tab to reboot.

I have rebooted now and here is the HJT log.

Hi, the searchV seems to be gone. I was waiting for your reply on my HJT log that you requested to see if you thought I should delete anything else. Are we done? Should I reboot to check? If we are done, thank you very very much and I will make a donation.

    CEOman :)

You still have those items in your log.
First , check if you have "NewDotNet" in Add/remove programs, if so run uninstall. If not , proceed with this......

Please , close all open windows, except HJT and run a scan. Then checkmark all of those items and click "fix"

    R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings,ProxyOverride = 127.0.0.1

    O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [iedll] c:\WINDOWS\iedll.exe
    O4 - Global Startup: VAIO Action Setup (Server).lnk = ?

Then reboot. After reboot, find and remove :
    winsys.hta
    iedll.exe
    NewDotNet folder

There is no "NewDot Net" in add or remove programs

I checked and fixed all items on your list

A start, search for winsys, iedll and NewDotNet did not return any results.

should I reboot and run HJT?

OK, I ran HJT and looked at every entry and found none that you asked to be deleted. Isearched for the three files again and they were not found. Here is the HJT log. Am I done? If so thank you again so vey much.

    CEOman :)

You didn´t find any of the items when you searched?
Could be that HJT found the registry entries, even though the files themselves wasn´t there.
There´s nothing in your HJT log either, anymore. That indicates you now have a clean system.
    Well done(y)
