    Hello,

I have recently subscribed to Broadband, and since this I am unable to access secure sites and I am having trouble with downloading Microsoft updates.

I'm not sure if the problem is directly connected to going over to Broadband or if it's a coincidence? Although there doesn't seem to be a problem when reverting back to my old slow connection!! there seems to be some talk that the proxy might be wrong or something?!

I have checked options on my computer with advice you have given other people ie cipher strength etc and everything seems to be fine. I have run a ad ware check etc and this does not help either.

    Any ideas.

    Many Thanks

    Paul

    Hi again,

I assume I need to run this command through cmd, which I've done. However this doesn't seem to have worked.

I wasn't too sure what I needed to do with the ok/ ok on the next screen bit?

    Many Thanks

    Paul
