security setting gone awry {Video driver error}

my security settings....start-settings-control panel- internet options- security...displays an error or illegal operation message from'Rundll32' references "MACXW.4 DRV 0000b:000000cd"
OS is windows 98 w/ a Packard Bell 945. Can you help??

This is actually a video driver error. You may need to reinstall or update your ATI drivers.

I'm going to move you to the OS forum and modify your topic title slightly

Reference at the ATI website was made concerning a possible conflict with windows 98 that may have caused my problem with security access? Anyway, when updating the device from the 'internet options' from the control panel, a message is given that no driver can be found even though it is listed and states that it is functioning properly. :confused: Can you continue to help??
