I run a program on my pc called Marketfeeder pro, this program is extremely cpu intensive and crashes if the cpu is overused. Therefore I am trying to keep my background processes to a minimum.
I have been advised that the greatest drain on my resources is the zone alarm security suite that I use.
I have had no problems with this suite and find it an easy to use, all in one soluton to my security needs.
I have been advised to change to the paid for AVG security suite as this is just as secure and is less of a strain on the cpu.

    Is this good advice?
