I am looking at my update history and a few security updates show as cancelled, but I have never cancelled an update. One I'm looking at right now is an update for this: https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/security/bulletin/ms11-053, its update KB2532531, error code 8024000B.

I have had remote attacks in the past so that is why I am worried.

How do I reinstall these updates?

That update is almost a year old. Did you just notice this error? Or have you not been apply updates? Or is this a new install? Do recent updates install?

A clean install of Windows 7? Did you install SP1?

Yes, about a month old, I have SP1.

Here is a screenshot of the cancelled updates:

You said it's a new install. You didn't run Windows updates for a month? I suggest another new install and make that the first activity.

Yeah, I don't know why I waited so long to update. It was more like 2-3 weeks, but still... I may reinstall, but is there simply a way to download specific updates?

From the screen shot you posted, it looks like you installed dozens of programs, so it's been a busy 2-3 weeks. The update failed days ago. Is it still showing up as needing to be installed when you go to to update? If so, run it again, and post what happens. It may simply not be needed any longer since you've applied updates since.

EDIT: I see the little uTorrent icon in your toolbar. Illegal software installs lots of nasty things that can certainly interfere with Windows updates. I suggest you do an actual clean install from a legal disk followed immediately by a full Windows update, and then only install programs you purchased legally and see if you still have problems.
