Hi, I manage an IT department for a Fulfillment company. I’ve recently been asked to come up with a solution for sending e-mail to our clients, customers. Right now the computer operators use Excel and Word to do our daily custom letter printing. Our client wants to send e-mail using basically the same letters. So using word's merge to e-mail feature works perfectly!... However, the problem comes with the exchange server and outlook. I need to make these e-mails appear that they are coming from our client and not our employees. I’ve been poking around for a while and cant really come up with a solution other then having the client setup an account for us just to send the e-mails through their server. I know there are ways "Spammers" do this sort of thing but these e-mails are not spam the recipients expect them (They contain order confirmation information etc..) so I am wondering if anyone knows how I can accomplish this the "right" way, without doing anything "spammer" would.

    Thanks in advance.
