i used to be able to right clik on any desktop item and select send to, then select mail recipient and send that item out as email. Now when i right click on any desktop item and select send to i get the same selections i used to get but now there is no mail recipient choice for me to get! How do i get that back?

Hi, and welcome to the board.

    - First, set Windows 98 to display three-letter file extensions: Open My Computer, choose View, Folder Options and click the View tab. Deselect the checkmark next to "Hide file extensions for known filetypes." Click OK.

    - Click Start, Run, type sendto, and click OK. Windows will open a window titled SendTo.

    - Right-click in the SendTo window and select New, Text Document.
Rename the file to Mail Recipient.MAPIMail (copy this exactly).

    Close the SendTo window.

    Good luck,
