    Hi,

I've been using minicom to manually start a GPS device, however I'd like to be able to script it to happen when ubuntu boots.

I know you can use scripts with minicom, however there doesn't appear to be a way to exit it at the end. I've seen others have recommended screen, or stty, but I'm not able to find any resources on how you'd connect them to /dev/ttyS0 and send the command.

    suggestions welcome :)
