How can I customize the "Send To..." context menu for my XP installation?

In old Windows versions there was a folder "SendTo" within the profile of the user. I didn't find this folder within my profile, but there was a "SendTo" folder in Windows directory, but nothing happend after a copied my shortcut "Send to Notepad" to this folder.

    Any suggestions?
