I have a very big BSOD problem, and it is annoying me a lot. I do not want to reformat, delete, etc. my files because they have very important files and other things. It is very late where I am posting, so I will not see any posts until the next morning.

    Here is the problem...
I was multitasking; I had 2 file windows open, Ventrilo, Steam (A Game Running Program), and IE7. Then, all of a sudden, the computer became really laggy. It became so laggy, the computer froze. Now, the only option I had was to hard reboot. I hard reboot, and my files were getting fixed because it was recovering from a serious error, etc etc. However, after it finished, I received the BSOD. I didn't panic at all so I restarted my computer. When it started again, it recovered from a serious error it went through the 3 step process of fixing my computer. Once it got to the Windows loading screen, it gave me the BSOD. I didn't worry, and I just rebooted the computer. This time, I was directed immediately to the different ways of booting my computer. I chose to run Windows normally, but after I click that and the Windows loading screen comes up, it gives me the BSOD. I do it again, and it does it again. Then I try running Safe Mode, and the BSOD strikes again. I become extremely frustrated and I try last known settings. Once again, it's the BSOD. Then, as I try doing it again, I put my ear next to my PC machine, and just before the BSOD, I hear something that the PC normally shouldn't do. This lead me to believe that maybe it was just a hardware failure and the PC has overheated. Then, after 1 hour, I try it again. Once again, it gives me the BSOD. I cannot even get onto my Desktop in any option. I just keep getting the BSOD. I will put up the codes once I get a response.

    Thank You!

    del c:\boot.ini

I tried to boot it in recovery console, but I got the BSOD.
    Here are the codes.

    All Boot Options yield BAD_POOL_CALLER

    The codes are different...
    Windows Normally : 0x000000C2 (0x00000043, 0xDCD84000, 0x00000000, 0x00000000)
All the other boot options follow the 0x000000C2, but the 2nd part of the code line, 0xDCD84000. That constantly changes no matter what boot i do.
