Seriously Anoying Gfx issue!

    Heylo,
    well then.. For the past year or so i have had some really annoying problems while playing games on my rig:mad: . For the past few weeks ive been trolling forums trying to find some answers, but to no avail...i was wondering if any o' you fella's might be able to help me out here, heres a few screenshots of the prob:

    P.S. I have updated and rolled back my drivers w/o any difference, the bizarre effect usually disappears(for a minute of two if i'm lucky) when i ALT + TAB or change my resolution.

    Speccs:
    AMD Athlon 64bit 3000+ 2.01ghz
    WinXP HE - SP2
    Nvidia GeForce 6600GT
    1Gig DDR RAM

    It could be a faulty graphics card, if the memory or GPU corrupts the data it'll cause results like that. Check to see if the card is overheating, or try it in another computer if you can.
