    Running Vista Home Premium 32-bits.

Starting my Samsung PC Studio software, an error keeps popping up on my computer saying:
"This action cannot be completed because the other program is busy. Press "Switch To" to activate the busy program and correct the problem"
the 2 options are "switch to" and "retry"
Neither work as the message keeps coming, but eventually, like after 30 clicks it goes away.
I am new here so please help me and let me know if I can post Hijackthis logs and further.
Would be very thankful for an answer.

Hiya and welcome to Tech Support Guy :)

Got your email, so lets have a look at a HijackThis log:

    • Save HJTInstall.exe to your desktop.
    • Doubleclick on the HJTInstall.exe icon on your desktop.
    • By default it will install to C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis .
    • Click on Install.
    • It will create a HijackThis icon on the desktop.
    • Once installed, it will launch Hijackthis.
    • Click on the Do a system scan and save a logfile button. It will scan and the log should open in notepad.
    • Click on "Edit > Select All" then click on "Edit > Copy" to copy the entire contents of the log.
    • Come back here to this thread and Paste the log in your next reply.
    • DO NOT have Hijackthis fix anything yet. Most of what it finds will be harmless or even required.

    Regards

    eddie

Re-open HiJackThis and choose do a system scan only. Check the boxes of all the entries listed below.

    R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Search,SearchAssistant =
    R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Search,CustomizeSearch =
    R0 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Toolbar,LinksFolderName =

Now close all windows other than HiJackThis, then click Fix Checked. Reboot.

Apart from that, nothing bad showing. You may want to do an online scan here, just to be sure:

Please go HERE to run Panda's TotalScan
    • Select the bubble for Full scan
    • It will start downloading the files it requires for the scan (Note: It may take a couple of minutes)
    • Then the scan will begin
    • When the scan completes, click the Save button on the right of Scan details
    • Save it to a convenient location. Post the contents of the TotalScan report
