 Trying to find the setting in a Gateway Saladin 9515 series server that will allow the server to boot when USB drive is plugged in. Server boots when not plugged in.

Went to BIOS and boot priority. USB drive does not show up.

Unfortunately, support for Gateways is very hard to find since MPC took over (and then they went belly up). So any ideas would be very much appreciated since this has been VERY frustrating-

You should be close...USB drives won't show up of course but in boot devices (Optical, Hard drive, etc.) you probably have either USB or Other; something like that which is enabled and causes it the hang in the eternal attempt to boot to the USB drive.

(y) Well, you've given me some hope where there was not much.

I'll look for the culprit next time I get a chance to reboot the server.
