services not loading on startup!

i seem to have the problem of when i load my windows xp machine not all the services start automaticly, i have set them to auto but this still dosnt work. i have also tried msconfig and i have set it to load all services but still no luck. an exaplme of a service that dont load is themes. i can go into the services screen and start them all indevidually but they should all autostart on startup please help!

by the way if i start a service such as themes and click switch user or log off and log back on the service is still there running correctly but when i restart or reboot most of the services stop running.

not all services will load even if you set them to automatic

some services will just grab some memory and slow you down and wait for you to use them

and others will not even turn on no matter what because nothing is related to them or wanting to use them
