Ok I trying to get a quote together on how much it would cost to set an Exchange server (parts, software I need everything basically)! Can anybody recommend a good web site to search on?

Don't forget your licensing! You can call an MS sales rep directly and ask about pricing and requirements. Basically all you need is a good server, backup, redundant storage, a domain name and MX record and the software and licensing and you are good to go. An Internet connection also helps.
