setting up wallpapers

    how can i set up wallpapers on a win2k workstation when the admin has greyed out the menu commands in paint and normally as well. is there a command line i can use in "run" to do this without needing a command on the GUI? thanks

    There is most likely a Group Policy setting preventing you from changing your wallpaper. Unless you have admin rights you are not going to be able to change it.
