Can Windows 98 be set up as a DHCP Server?

If so, how is it done?

You will need a third party program such as MagikDHCP Server. Windows 98 does not come with a native DHCP server as an option.

    It is $15.00.

You cannot use this program with Windows 98 Internet connection sharing.
