When we go to print something out, every single time, the printer is set on Best quality. we have tried setting it to normal and clicking save settings, but it wont save them. it is very annoying to have to always remember to change that before printing. otherwise pictures dont come out right because it has too much blue, etc...when we dont have that problem printing in normal quality setting.

WHERE are you trying to save printer settings? If you haven't already done so, click on Start/Settings/Printers then click on the printer you want to select. Go to File/Properties/Quality tab (or whatever your particular printer calls it). You should be able to select and automatically save the print quality level that you want for that printer. Let us know if this works for you, please.
