A diagonal row of keys on my keyboard do not work-- the 2, w, s, x. I read and tried fixes but I can't get it to work. It's a dell in\spiron 1525 like a lot of others with same issue.

Also, laptop crashes, is slow and I get the not responding quite. I don't have a disk for this, it was used.

I've fixed some from the posts onhere but have no clue about keyboard. Can anyone help?
    On-screen keyboard sucks!
