I have a hotmail account and would like to share one specific folder with a colleague. She uses Gmail but we could also use dropbox or a Hotmail account for her. The Hotmail folder contains messages that I have my hotmail account set to automatically move messages from certain senders to that folder and she handles those messages for me. Now, I have to forward those to her and am hoping to be able to do this automatically.

These directions are lovely and would solve the problem. However, nowhere can I find the option for automatic processing to create the rule to redirect or forward. There isnt an organize mail either.
The only thing I can do is forward all email which I dont want to do. What am I missing?

Are you using www.outlook.com or an email client like Outlook, Thunderbird, Live Mail, etc?
