"Shared dll's, Catastrophic failure"

Hello! I have a friend who after upgrading to Win XP gets the following error when trying to install an app that utilizes InstallShield setup: Component: Shared dll's, Error: Catastrophic failure

He also mentioned a message regarding "Zlib.dll" (which is apparently a component of the Zlib compression library) at the 99% install point. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Hiya

Apparently, this worked for someone.

Remove the shortcuts for Installshield in the Rescources pane.

Apart from that, the other option is to doublecheck the CD on another PC, and see if it works.
