shdoclc.dll/dnserror (hijack this inside)

    I have used all the "stuff"..computer is real clean now, but still something wrong with my ie-6...set the home page from properties on my desktop, when i click on it i get...C:windows\system\shdoclc.dll/dnserror.htm...then my home page is set to "blank"....i have used spybot...cwshredder...and here is my hijackthis:
