Hello everyone, I've recently had issues with my shif key acting as if it was stuck. Sticky keys would activate and there is just no way to unstuck the key. I tried updating my keyboard drivers, but that didn't work out well. I tried changing to an old PS2 keyboard but i kept having the same problem. Even the on-screen keyboard doesn't seem to work. Sometimes, pressing both shift keys twice on the On-screen Keyboard fixes it, but that doesn't always happen apparently.
Using Windows 8, but I've seen other people experiencing this bug on Windows XP and Windows 7 as well : the OS probably isn't very relevant.
I tried doing a system restore as well, and it would fix for a couple minutes, just like the double shift press on the On-screen Keyboard does, then it got stuck again. Does anybody have a clue on how to fix this? I'd rather not reinstall the OS if i have the chance.
