Is there a way to get shortcuts to applications to work for every account on the computer? It doesn't matter if the application is in the shared folder, if everyone is listed as an administrator, or both.

As an example: kazaa. I installed it with everyone as administrator in the shared folder. I am still the only one that can use it. I mean not only don't the shortcuts work, but starting the program from the program file off the hd doesn't work for anyone but me.

    Am I missing something here?

OK try uninstalling kazaa the re-installing when everyone is in the administrators list. I ahd this problem with MSN Messenger. Basically if u have a NTFS partition it gets complicated u may need to change permisssions

Oh, it has to do with the NTFS?

I have tried installing it in every configuration. Its all of the installed programs, not just kazaa.

I was wondering if there was a procedure or something that would make the shortcuts work. Even with everyone set as administrators, the shortcuts don't work for anyone except the account that installs the program. It puts shortcuts on everyones desktop, but none of them work except for the installers.
