I have a poor performing CPU for gaming. Its a Amd a4 with intergrated graphics. Im wondering if I should buy a graphics card (Gtx 1030 GDDR5 low profile) or upgrade my CPU? If the Cpu, what are some good options under 100$?

Having not seen your other specs of your computer..

I would always recommend a separate graphics card over integrated graphics nowadays. A quick check and it looks as though the card would be compatible with the processor, so you would certainly see an improvement to what you've been using.

That processor is okay, but not a patch on anything new, so coupled with a 2gb graphics card you'll expect to get somewhere around low/medium on today's games (but it will depend on your RAM too).

Depending on money available to you, you may want to consider just upgrading the pc?
