Should I charge my laptop battery to 100%?

After many searches online, I saw that many sources say to not charge your laptop to 100% and not let it drop below 20%. They say that this will help prolong the life of the battery in the laptop to as much as quadruple than if you were to charge to 100 and drop it to 0. . I am currently using a lenovo flex 14 with a lithium-polymer battery. This computer does have a very long lasting battery. I would like to use my laptop as long as possible without the battery wearing in a couple years

I always charge the batteries to 100%.
In fact, when we got our two Acer netbooks, it said to condition the battery by letting it run down until it shuts down, then recharge it. We were to do this 3 times. I followed the instructions and the netbook purchased in 2011 needed a new battery in 2017. The netbook purchased in 2013 is still running on the original battery. The time has dropped from over 3 hours to the high end of 2 hours. When it fails to work off battery for more than a few minutes, I'll replace that battery.

I don't let the batteries drop below about 30%.

If Lenovo gave directions on conditioning the battery, follow that.
