Show .TGA files in folder details How To

Can someone tell me how to set it up so .TGA files pictures show up in the
details part of the folder options.

I want my .TGA pictures to show up in the Details window just like .jpg and other photo types.

I use alot of .TGA photos for a game and would to see them w/o using a graphics program.
