So, in an effort to extend my system partition to meet the requirements of windows 11 I shrunk Drive C. I know I did this all wrong. Is there any trick to extending Drive C back to what it was? Or am I stuck?

No trick. If the newly freed space is still to the right of the partition that Windows calls drive C it should be easier to extend it than it was to shrink it. Whatever utility you used should work for it.

Is your issue that you already did something with the freed space?
