when ever I am talking to other users the sim will freeze, and even shut down my computer. And I can never find a revresentative on line. They say that they there, but I havn't found one. I want to know why this happens and how can I stop it. I also want to know where thes representatives are? HELP! Hello again SIM is an Instant messanger service by Odigo and uses Sympatico Lycos. I found it on the browser by accident.

OK... have you tried uninstalling & then reinstalling the device.
(Odigo?)
also : How much RAM do you have & what do you have in startup running all the time. it seems you may have a low memory/ resource problem ?
go to start/run/type in msconfig then click on startup & UN-select un-necessary items - APPLY & OK then reboot

Savvy :)
