I'm running Windows 7 32 bit home premium on an Intel i3 clarkdale processor and have an ATI 5670 gpu. My computer has been randomly shutting down and won't restart. After an undocumented period of time, after unplugging the pc, I can restart the computer. When it is rebooted, the time is way off and seems to coincide with the crash time. I have replaced the PSU. I reflashed the BIOS. I have replaced the CMOS battery. Arrrgh! Still happening. The core and gpu temperature are not elevated.

    Any thoughts?

Please use the TSG System Info tool to let Tech's know the specs of your computer: http://static.techguy.org/download/SysInfo.exe Copy and paste the results here in your thread.
Also, if its a brand name system like an Acer,Dell or HP, please post the exact model of the system.
