    Check this setting:
Disabling the restart on system failure feature:
Right-click on My Computer, click Properties, click the Advanced tab.
Under Startup & Recovery, click Settings.
Under System Failure, uncheck the box in front of Automatically restart.
Doing this may get you an error screen instead of a reboot. Does it happen a lot? Are you running any programs or playing any games when this happens. I'm thinking it may be heat related. When was the last time you cleaned out the dust bunnies? :)

If you are not getting any error messages, you might disable the automatic restart on system failure.

Right-click on My Computer, click Properties, click the Advanced tab. Under “Startup & Recovery,” click Settings. Under “System Failure,” uncheck the box in front of “Automatically restart".

The next time there is a problem, you should get an error message.

So its not just me that his comp restarts, I tried upgrading drivers, reinstalling windows, a bunch of stuff..but nothing so..I have to call a technician hope he can fix it. Maybe i'll have to go back to Windows ME at least it wasnt so much trouble like XP.
