shutdown..........restart

    Hi,
    when i tell my computer to shut down for some reason it restarts it self aagin ????????????

    Anyone know y??

    Go to Device Manager.
    Click view and then on show hidden devices.
    Do you see NT ATM / Legacy Interface mode with a red cross on it?
    Double click it and on the screen that appears at the bottom choose enable from the drop down menu.

    Something to try.
