My computer keeps shutting off when I am on the internet. It is not the fans. I am getting fatal exception error in "vxd Win 95 ac". I was getting fatal exception error in "VS Data 95 .vxd". This is "Zone Alarm program . I removed Zonealarm and still the computer kept shutting off. Computer either restarts or goes to blue screen fatal exception error. Occasionly it will just freeze. As I said , its not the fans , no virus's. Computer only shuts off when on the internet. When not on internet it works fine. Help!

Sounds like an IRQ conflict.

Can you post your listing.

Start, run, msinfo32 and ok.....hardware, IRQs, edit, select all, edit, copy and come back and paste.

Not sure if that will work if you are running Windows 95.

Is this an upgrade from Win 95, if so update all your drivers with the latest 98 drivers.
