Signs apearing in sentences

    Has any one any ideas as to why this sort of thing keeps appearing out of context, Example like this when online.

    That is often the result of your browser using the wrong character encoding. Remember that computers can't talk in English, and their letters are simply numbers that represent characters. But there are several ways to translate those numbers into letters, and if you pick the wrong one some characters come out wrong.

    If you use Mozilla Firefox
    Click View
    Go to Character Encoding
    Select a different option from the one that's checked, and see if that fixes anything. Avoid further submenus, unless you can read nonsense in Chinese type.

    In Internet explorer
    Go to View
    Go to Encoding
    Pick a different encoding system.
