He's trying to say "Graphic" card, he just can't spell.

    Anyways, do what he said:

Right click on my computer, properties, hardware tab, device manager, and tell us what it says under display adapter.

Ok, have you tried reinstalling the game? Because your onboard video should handle the game just fine.

Also, have you updated your video drivers? You can download the latest ones here: http://downloadfinder.intel.com/scripts-df-external/Product_Filter.aspx?ProductID=1044

okay so i re-installed Sims and it didn't work i downloaded both of the updates provided by the websites suggested and it still doesn't work i even tried changing the setting to 16bit because i heard on another website it would work, but nothing happened everytime it is just about to be done loading it minimizes itself saying their was an error and to contact my graphic adapter manufacturer but i don't know what that means i have gooten the game to work before and even recently on a friend's computer so i know the problem is not in the game so what is going wrong
