My problem is when I am using Skype my CPU usage jumps to 100% and stays there.
I cannot do anything else not even type a letter. It becomes extremely slow and the type takes ages to appear on the screen. Even when I am talking on Skype the sound gets dropped and becomes practically un intelligible. to the listner. The moment I knock off Skype things fall back to normal the usage bieng 5-15%. What could be going wrong with this. Recently my vendor completely reinstalled my Windows having had some wierd problems like booting inability.
My CPU is Intel Celeron 2 GHz with 256 MB RAM.
Can some one help please. Thanks
