Sleep/Resume Policy In Use

I ran the full tests at www.pcpitstop.com on my Windows ME desktop. One of the results was:

Standby/resume policy in use - Yes

This confuses me a bit because I don't use the advanced power management features(standby, suspend, etc.), and I have the power options set to "Always On" and "Never".

What do I need to do to change the test result to "No"?

Not in my Compaq Presario 5030. The choices in its 1999-era BIOS are very limited and don't even allow you to change the boot order.
