After two power failures in my building and the computer rebooting itself, my Win 2000 now takes 3 or 4 minutes to completely boot up from a cold boot. The warm boot is as fast as it was, everything else seems to be perfect, all programs, internet, etc. and just as fast as it was. The delay is when the machine is just turned on, before windows loads.
