New Slow Computer

Hi, I have been having an issue with my laptop, regardless whether I use IE or Firefox as the browser where I click on a link and it just sits and thinks and thinks...doesn't respond or takes forever to respond and it is extremely annoying. I was hoping you could help me troubleshoot this problem.

I am attaching a hijack this log, as well as, a screenshot of a warning that came up while i was running hijack this.

I look forward to hearing from you.

2.0.4 is an extremely outdated version of Trend Micro HiJackThis.
2.0.5 was released several years ago before development was stopped on this app.
This app does not support the 64-bit version or newer versions of Windows.
That's why you got that warning message, and is why there are so many incorrect entries in your log.

The "Virus & Other Malware Removal" is extremely busy, so you may not get a reply from one of its specialists for days.
Unless you believe your computer is infected, you should start a thread in the section for your appropriate Windows version.

Trend Micro HiJackThis 2.0.5 also does NOT support 64-bit or newer versions of Windows, so there's no point in using it.
