Hello everyone I need some help. I have a dell 530 computer with Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU E4700 @ 2.60GHz 2.60 GHz. 4GB of ram, 64-bit cpu but running windows 7 32 bit. I did a clean install and during the install it was really slow to load to installer, also slow installing. Boot time is super slow also. It had windows vista 32 bit and it ran fine until I installed windows 7 over it then it started being slow so did a clean install and still the same. I checked ram and hard drive both check out fine. even when its booted up its still super slow. I even installed all the updates and drivers still the same way. and did a disk defragment.

After you installed windows 7, did you install all the necessary drivers for it from Dell?

What's the exact 7-character "service tag" number on your Dell 530?

Which version(Home, Professional, Ultimate, etc.) of Windows 7 32-bit did you install in it?
