slow hp laptop

please help i bought this hp laptop in november and now it is really slow and doing strange things, like not dislay programs in the taskbar that i know are running. i run spybot and adaware and spyware blaster. i recently removed norton internet security and am now running antivir. it would be appreciated if someone could look at my HJTlog and see if there are any problems. thanks in advance
