well my computer started slowing down and the office got stuck, allso the explorer got stuck at first run... everthing got slowed down! extreamly!
It even got stuck in some cases until I terminated a program to get of that....

I saw that a program called winnet.exe takes 99% of the CPU and when I stoped it the computer ren smoothly but that was only one time what do I need to do to fix it permanently?

Winnet.exe is a Commonname (spyware) file.

    Please do this:

Go to http://www.spywareinfo.com/downloads.php#det , and download 'Hijack This!'.
Unzip, doubleclick HijackThis.exe, and hit "Scan".

When the scan is finished, the "Scan" button will change into a "Save Log" button.
Press that, save the log somewhere, and please show us its contents.

NOTE: A small help file for HijackThis is located at http://tomcoyote.org/hjt

This is going to take some time - you have one hell of a load of crap on there

The first thing you MUST do before anything else is go to

    Start
    settings
    Control panel
    Add\remove programs
    and uninstall newdot (new net)
    Reboot

If you don't do this you could loose your internet connection

Go back to the Control panel and uninstall commonname (cnbabie) then reboot again

    Please Download and install SpyBot,

    http://www.lurkhere.com/~nicefiles/

click the online tab to search for and download the updates, then shut down and relaunch SpyBot.

Go to the Settings tab > File Sets, and uncheck 'System Internals' and 'Tracks' .
These aren't needed for our present purpose, and you can always experiment with them later on.

Finally, after closing down Internet Explorer, click 'Check for problems', and have SpyBot remove all it finds 'Fix selected problems'

you may have to run spybot more than once to clear everything

    Remove everything pre-ticked in Red

Then please post another hijackthis log so that we can see anything that might be left
