Slow Internet?? Help!! Unstable Speeds??

    Hi, using some applications(if i metion them this thread will be removed) my internet speed stays at 50kbps for like 5 seconds then drops to about 0.2kbps?? my internet download speed is 0.5mbps on speed test.net
    Why does my internent drop for no reason at all? by the way this is for all downloaded files.

    It could be that for whatever you're downloading, the source could be the problem.

    Nah, the 'thing' i am "getting" has like 200 seeders and 100 leachers? oh and some one said something about a swarm? what is that?

    Is a download speed of about 50KB adequate for a internet speed of 200kb???
    and also, i thought i had a 128k connection?
