    Hy there,

Still problems with your internet ? If yes, please try the steps below.

    • Press the Window key on the keyboard
    • In the search field type CMD
    • Right click on cmd.exe and choose Run as Administrator

In the command prompt window that opens, type the following commands, each followed by the Enter key: (only type the text in bold)

Reset TCP/IP stack to installation defaults, type: netsh int ip reset reset.log

Reset WINSOCK entries to installation defaults, type: netsh winsock reset catalog

    Reboot your PC.

If this does not fix your problem, please transfer the OTL.txt from your PC to a second one and post it in your topic, so I can have a look on it and help you to fix your problem :)

As it's important to reply in a timely manner when dealing with malware, and even more so when a trainee is assisting so as not to hinder their progress, please note that due to your failure to reply, Larusso will be moving on to help others who are patiently waiting for assistance. I will revert the thread status back to "NEW" and leave it open until it automatically closes due to inactivity. :)
